No session due to club’s 5 Mile race along Newcastle Quayside but one or two members will attend East End Pool at usual time (6 – 6:30pm) to meet any new runners who want to try out the club.
Circuits in the Park (free class for people of all fitness levels. see www.circuitsinthepark.org for more information)
Group 1: 5 x 800m, 1M
Group 2: 5 x 800m, 1M
Group 3: 4 x 800m, 1M
Group 4: 20min Tempo Surge
Group 5: Pyramid (1min/30sec Recovery, 3min/1minR, 5min/2minR, 3min/1minR, 1min)
Track Session @ Churchill Playing Fields (Whitley Bay) 11:00am
Circuits in the Park @ Exhibition Park 10:30am
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
