Try a Training Session

Tyne Bridge Harriers caters for almost all running abilities from fast pace club runners through to those who are aiming for more of a social aspect to their running.

We have six training groups and, as a guide, some of our group 1 runners will complete a 5k in less than 15 minutes whereas our group 6 runners may be looking to build their endurance or achieve a 35 minute 5k.

Whether you’re thinking about taking your first steps towards improving your running or want to train with people of a similar ability then we recommend trying out a few training sessions before deciding whether to join.  It’s a relaxed & friendly environment and training sessions are FREE of charge.

    To help our coaches determine which training group would be most suitable, please let us know a recent race time (5k/Parkrun etc) or the furthest you have run without stopping and how long this took.

    Are you currently a member of another running club, if so please let us know which club?

    If you have any injuries or special arrangements that our coaches need to be aware of then please let us know.
