Decision Timelines:
- Early call: Evening before the session.
- Initial call: by 12 noon on the day of the session.
- Rolling review: Reassess 60 minutes and 30 minutes before start and on arrival – if not already cancelled.
- During the session: if the conditions worsen or hazards arise leaders and coaches to stop and return to base immediately.
