This week’s training sessions are as follows;

Tuesday 11th

Easy run around the proposed Winter Series 5k route on Newcastle Quayside.

Groups 1, 2 & 3 will then do the following sessions;

Grp 1. 10 x 1 minute

Grp 2. 8 x 1 minute

Grp 3. 6 x 1 minute

 

Thursday 13th

Groups 1, 2 & 3: 2 x 2 miles

 

Sessions for Groups 4 & 5 will be announced on club night.
