Although this weekend is a busy one with the Durham Cathedral XC Relays and the Brass Monkey Half marathon taking place. Coach Dave Anderson is still running a track session at Churchill Track on Saturday 21st January as normal for those who wish to attend.
Tuesday 1st March All groups 2 x 2 miles with 4 minutes rest between reps. Beginners, or runners coming back from injury, an easy run following the other groups.
Weekly track sessions will commence at Churchill Track starting this Saturday (22nd) at 11:00.
