Management Committee 2026-7 | Meeting #6: Conduct

Provisional agenda (to be confirmed closer to meeting):

1/ Standing items on the agenda for every Management Committee Meeting: 

• Welfare & safeguarding: issues that the Committee needs to be aware of 
•  Membership updates

2/ Review update proposals & sign off the following Club Standards: 

• Standard 3: Grievance & Disciplinary Procedure 
• Standard 4: General Data Protection Policy 
• Standard 9.1: Code of Conduct for Members and Parents/Guardians 
• Standard 9.2: Code of Conduct for Leaders, Coaches, Volunteers, Officials & Welfare Officers 

There will be no AOB for Management Committee Meetings.
