Membership Subscription Fees: 2015-2016

It was agreed during the club’s A.G.M. (2nd April 2015) fees for 2015/16 would remain at the same level as the previous year and members would be allowed until Sunday, 31st May 2015 for payment.

Following the cut-off date, which is set by UKA, unpaid runners will be classed as ‘unaffiliated’ or ‘unattached’ by UKA and as a consequence won’t be able to get discounted entries into races or be able to take part in club events (relays, T&F and XC).

Subscription Fees 2015 – 2016

Subscription year runs from 1st April 2015 until 31st March 2016

· Senior Member £50

· Student, Unemployed, Junior, Distant & Social Member £25
(NB. A distant member is defined as an athlete who both lives and works outside the North East of England and does not utilise any of the benefits the club has to offer its members. A social member is defined as an non-active member who wish to retain their UK Athletics affiliation and direct association with Tyne Bridge Harriers).

Payment for new members joining between 1st October 2015 – 31st March 2016 is £25 [no concessions given during this period]

Subscription fees can be paid by cash or cheque to Membership Secretary, KEVIN CHEETHAM, (cheques made payable to Tyne Bridge Harriers) or via direct bank transfer (please get in touch if you require the relevant banking details).

The Committee has the discretion to waive or part waive membership fees for those members (new or existing) who may be experiencing difficulties with payment. Any queries in relation to this will be dealt with on an individual basis and in the strictest of confidence. Please speak to any Committee member for further information.
