This week’s training sessions are;

Tuesday 16th
Group 1: 7 x 3 minutes
Group 2: 7 x 3 minutes
Group 3: 7 x 3 minutes
Group 4: 6 x 3 minutes
Group 5: 6 x 2 minutes; 3 x 1 minute

Wednesday 17th
Beginner’s session: 6:30pm at East End Pool

Thursday 18th
Group 1: Tempo Surge
Group 2: Tempo Surge
Group 3: Tempo Surge
Group 4: Tempo Surge
Group 5: Hills & Shuttles

Note: sessions may change on discretion of Group leader.
