Let’s get everybody possible out on Saturday. XC will toughen and strengthen you for road and track. Let’s do it!!!!!!!!!!
To echo Kenny’s comments, the Harrier Leagues are probably the best example of what running for a Club is all about, the levels of support and encouragement are unmatched on the roads and the feeling of being part of the team is something special. Try to make every effort to be a part of the experience regardless of your ability, as Kenny rightly says, in the Harrier Keague every single runner counts. You might get a bit clarty but it’s worth it, get along and enjoy.
there’s also cake and biscuits after the race
mmmm cake= I’m there!
Can I pick up a TBH vest on Thursday please?
Yes Simon we will make sure you have a vest for Sat, great to see have you on board.
Yes, good reason for TBH members to get down and get dirty!
