Gp.4: 2 sets (1x4min, 5x1min)

Gp.5: 4 x 4mins


Thursday 26th

Gp.1: 400m reps

Gp.2: 400m reps

Gp.3: 400m reps

Gp.4: Hills

Gp.5: 20min Fartlek


All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down run
