This month’s training sessions – to be carried out in accordance with the latest government guidelines – can be viewed below,

 

w/c 5th July

Group Session: 1 x 6 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 4 x 90 seconds, 8 x 45 seconds

Solo Session: 40 minutes steady run with efforts

Track Session: tba

 

w/c 12th July

Group Session: 10 x 1 minutes

Solo Session: 40 minutes progression run

Track Session: 4 x 1 mile reps

 

w/c 19th July 

Group Session: 7 x 3 minutes (tbc)

Solo Session: 4 x 10 minutes (tbc)

Track Session: tba

 

w/c 26st July

Group Session: Hills (tbc)

Solo Session: 3 sets x 6 minutes, 3 minutes (tbc)

Track Session: tba

 

All sessions should include warm-up and cool-down runs.
