TBH Relay Team
Many thanks to everyone who got involved in the TBH Relay Fun Run and making it a memorable evening 
With most TBH events, it was a great team effort, with club members, parents and kids all playing their part, and it was particularly pleasing to see several new members come along and join in the fun 
And if organisors of the Commonwealth Games ever feel the need to spruce up the relay events, they could do a lot worse than include a ‘tag’ section down the back straight (ask anyone who ran on the night for an explanation)

Great evening, well done everyone especially the juniors who seemed to enjoy ‘tagging’ us adults!!
Great fun. I’m expecting burpees and forward rolls to be incorporated into all our interval training from now on.
