This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 12th

Group 1: 8 x 800m

Group 2: 8 x 2m 30s

Group 3: 8 x 2m 30s

Group 4: 8 x 2m 30s

Group 5: Pyramid 1-3-5-3-1 minutes

 

 

Wednesday 13th

Beginners Session: 6:30pm at East End Pool. This session may not be suitable for experienced runners.

 

 

Thursday 14th

Group 1: 2 x 15 minutes

Group 2: 2 x 15 minutes

Group 3: 2 x 15 minutes

Group 4: 2 x 15 minutes

Group 5: 2 sets (1 x 2minutes, 2 x 4 minutes)

 

note. sessions may change to discretion of Group Coach

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
