This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 19th

Group 1: 1Mile Tempo Run (TR), 4 x 2K, 1Mile TR

Group 2: 1Mile TR, 4 x 2K, 1Mile TR

Group 3: 5 minutes TR, 4 x 7 minutes, 5 minutes TR

Group 4: 1-2-4-6-4-2-1 minutes

Group 5: 20 minutes Tempo Surge

 

Wednesday 20th

Beginners session: Byker Pool at 6:30pm.

 

Thursday 21st

Group 1: 4 Miles TR

Group 2: 4 Miles TR

Group 3: 20 minutes TR

Group 4: 5 x 5 minutes

Group 5: 5 x 4 minutes

 

If you are not a member but are keen on running and are interested in the benefits of joining a club, why not come along to one of our sessions.

We have different groups to suit everyone’s ability and our Coaches take pride in helping runners achieve their goals; whether that’s simply to finish a 5k race or set a marathon personal best time.

  1. This week’s Wednesday session for Beginners will leave from Byker Pool at 6.30pm. Unfortunately, I can’t be there this week but there will be other leaders there to look after you. Enjoy your running and I’ll see you all next week!
