Tuesday 3rd

Group 1. 5 mile progression run

Group 2. 5 mile progression run

Group 3. 4 mile progression run

Wednesday 4th

Circuits in the Park, hosted by club member, Stephen Dixon. This is a free class for people of all fitness levels. People if they wish, can make a £1 donation for Stephen’s chosen charity fund (Alzeimer’s Society this year) but don’t have to. Class times are Wednesday evenings 17:30-18:30 & Saturday mornings 10:30-11:30. Class is 1 hour long, with 5 minutes warm-up and cool down.

The location of the class is Leazes Park, Richardson Road, Newcastle, NE1 4LR.

Group 1. 3 x 10 min Threshold Run

Group 2. 3 x 9 mins Threshold Run

Group 3. 3 x 8 mins Threshold Run

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

    runners need to do core work to improve, so get yourself along to Circuits to learn the craft of core work
