Group 1: 3 sets (8 x 20s sprint/30s jog recovery) 2 mins between sets
Group 2: 3 sets (7 x 20s sprint/30s jog recovery) 2 mins btw sets
Group 3: 3 sets (6 x 20s sprints/30s jog recovery) 2 mins btw sets
Group 4: 6 x 3 mins (90s recovery between reps)
Session to include warm up and cool down runs.
