  3. I was a London Marathon marshal around mile 22 and want to say a massive well done to Rachel Adamson on Sunday. It was great to see you were able to complete the race and in under 4 hours, which is awesome given the very hot conditions. I am sure you’ll be back for a sub-3:30 next time in cooler conditions.
