Wednesday 29th May

Junior Section: 6.00pm (details to follow)

Beginner’s Group: 6.30pm at East End Pool


Thursday 30th

Group 1: Sprints

Group 2: Sprints

Group 3: Sprints

Group 4: Sprints

Group 5: Progression Session


All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
