This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 30th April

Group 1: 1 Mile, 2(6x400m), 1 Mile

Group 2: 1 Mile, 2(6x90s), 1 Mile

Group 3: 5 minutes, 2(6x90s), 5 minutes

Group 4: 5 minutes, 2(5x90s), 5 minutes

Group 5: To Be Announced

 

Wednesday 1st May

Junior Section: 6:00pm at East End Pool.

Jog down to Quayside, followed by some dynamic drills and then a Tempo Surge along quayside.

 

Beginners Section: 6:30pm at East End Pool.

 

Thursday 2nd May

Group 1: 4-7-10-7-4 minutes

Group 2: 4-6-9-6-4 minutes

Group 3: 4-6-8-6-4 minutes

Group 4: 3-5-7-5-3 minutes

Group 5: 20 minutes Tempo Surge

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
