Group 1: 2*(100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m)

Group 2: 2*(100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m)

Group 3: 2*(20s, 45s, 90s, 3min, 90s, 45s, 20s)

Group 4: TBA

Group 5: Tempo Surge

 

Thursday 13th

Group 1: 2 * 2M

Group 2: 2 * 2M

Group 3: 2 * 2M (or 2 * 15 mins)

Group 4: TBA

Group 5: 2 * 5 mins @ 80%, 2 * 3 mins @ 85%, 3 * 1 min @ 90%

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
