This week’s training sessions are;


Tuesday 30th

Gp1: 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 mins

Gp2: 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 mins

Gp3: 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 mins

Gp4: 3 x 1 Mile

Gp5: 20 mins Tempo Surge


Thursday 1st

Gp1: 5 Mile Tempo Run

Gp2: 4 Mile paced Run

Gp3: 25 mins paced run

Gp4: 3(1:1, 2:2, 3:3)

Gp5: 1×5 mins, 2×3 mins, 3×1 mins


All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.

    Any idea where Group2 will be training? Just so I know whether to bring my kit straight from work or go home first. Ta,

    1. Hi Jacko, tonight we’ll be jogging to Corner House pub and start session from there. Past Freeman hospital, down to Gosforth mini-roundabouts, up past ministry and back to pool.

      Thursday session will take place along quayside.
