This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 14th

2012 Summer Grand Prix – Race 5

Members to meet at East End Pool between 6.0-6.30pm before making their way to Jesmond Dene for 7pm start.

New runners are welcome to come along and either compete in race or go for an easy run with a club leader.

 

Wednesday 15th

Circuits in the Park (free class for people of all levels: see www.circuitsinthepark.org for further details)

 

Thursday 16th

Group 1: Pyramid 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 4min, 3min, 2min, 1min

Group 2: As Gp.1

Group 3: As Gp.1

Group 4: 3 x 7 minutes

Group 5: Pyramid 1min, 3min, 5min, 3min, 1min

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
