This week’s training sessions are;
First race of Winter Grand Prix Series. 5k run around Newcastle Quayside.
Groups 1 & 2: 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min (45 seconds recovery between intervals)
Group 3: As above except with 1 minute recovery between intervals.
Session to take place around Newcastle Town Moor and will include 2 mile warm up/cool down run.
Sessions for Groups 4 & 5 to be announced on Thursday at club.
