Grp 3. 4 x 1 Mile

Thursday 6th October
Grp 1. 25 Minutes Tempo Surge
Grp 2. 25 Minutes Tempo Surge
Grp 3. 20 Minutes Tempo Surge

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
