Newcastle parkrun once again played host to two fantastic performances from Tyne Bridge Harriers as David Appleby continues his excellent form by going sub 18:00 to grab a shiny new pb of 17:59. Well done David !!
Graham King continues his strong running back to form with a 2nd placing in age category in 19:57. Great stuff Graham.
