Quayside 5k and Junior 3k Race: sign up (Wednesday 24 April) 

*** Open to club members in ages U13 and above (not for younger athletes)***

Juniors are encouraged to sign up for this race on the Newcastle-Gateshead Quayside.  Racing group members are strongly encouraged – Paul won’t be running the racing group on this evening. More information and sign up.  Quayside 5k & Junior 3k Race

TRAINING FOR W/C MONDAY 11 MARCH
Quayside endurance run: 6-7pm Monday 11 March
Steady ‘out and back’ run for juniors who can run a comfortable sub 30 mins 5k. Please speak to a coach before attending for the first time. All runners need hi-vis clothing.
Meet: At the Cycle Hub car park at the Quayside (free to park) https://www.thecyclehub.org

Wednesday (all juniors) training session: 6-7pm Wednesday 13 March
Meet: Newcastle High School for Girls, Brandling Sports Hall, NE2 4RU
Parents and Guardians are welcome to watch the session in the hall. All under 12s must be collected from the hall. All runners in all age groups must wear hi-vis clothing (green, yellow, pink, etc).

Athletics and Strength and Conditioning: Thursdays during term time, 5-6pm and 6-7pm
Gateshead College Academy for Sports indoor athletics hall. This is not a TBH organised session.
5-6pm (Athletics); 6-7pm Strength & Conditioning/Gym session.
Ages 11-18 years: all welcome, including beginners. £4 per session (athletics only) or £6 including strength & conditioning/gym session. Pay on the night.
