Details of race and training dates over the Easter break.

Kit needed.

Wear clothing suitable for running and the weather on the day, trainers and bring a drink and a snack. If racing, juniors will need their TBH club running vest and safety pins for numbers. Cross country – trail shoes or spikes.

Dates and details

Good Friday 29 March. Junior Races from 9am. Juniors need to have registered with Paul O’Mara as per previous updates on Facebook and Stack. Junior races start from 9am. You are advised to get there at least 45 mins before the race starts for warm up and orientation. Paul O’Mara will be there with numbers. **No track session Easter Saturday 30 March – juniors encouraged to do a parkrun **

Easter Monday 1 April: 10am Steady run from Newburn Leisure Centre, Grange Road, Newburn NE15 8ND. Meet coaches Paul O’Mara and Paul Colver

Tuesday 2 April 10am: Track session. Churchill Athletics Track, Hartley Avenue, Whitley Bay NE26 3NT. Meet Paul O’Mara and Kirsteen Kilgour.

Wednesday 3 April 7.15pm: Monthly Mile event, South Shields Juniors can register and pay on the night – please note this is not a club session and parents and guardians will need to be in attendance. All details including where to meet here: The Monthly Mile (runeatsleep.co.uk)
