Tyne Bridge Harriers Annual General Meeting: 7.45pm Tuesday 30 April

All TBH parents and guardians are invited to attend the club’s AGM (please note you will not have voting rights unless you yourselves are members of the club). Please see the Stack App post of Friday 26 April for a copy of the club annual report which forms the basis of the meeting, including the agenda and items for discussion.

All of the items are important, but the club would like to draw particular attention to the proposed new club constitution. Unlike previous years where there have been amendments to the existing constitution this is a wholly new document based on the England Athletics template. This includes changes to how we oversee and manage the juniors’ section.

Please read the report ahead of the meeting if you can. It will not be read over during the meeting but any aspects can and should be discussed as required.

If you have any questions about the AGM please email secretary@tynebridgeharriers.com

The meeting is to be held on Tuesday 30 April, 7:45pm at the East End Pool, Byker NE6 1AL.
