Please don’t complete this membership form until you have been to the club and tried some sessions. If you wish to join and haven’t been to the club then please contact us via the online form.

The membership year runs from 1st April 2022 until 31st March 2023.  It was agreed at the AGM that subscriptions for this year would be:

The Committee has the discretion to waive or part waive membership fees for those members (new or existing) who may be experiencing difficulties with payment. Any queries in relation to this will be dealt with on an individual basis and in the strictest of confidence. Please speak to any Committee member for further information.

Once your membership form has been approved you will be sent a link to pay your fees. Please note that completing this form will result in your registration with England Athletics and you will immediately become an affiliated athlete although you won’t be able to compete until your membership has been paid.

    It may be essential at some time for authorised persons acting on behalf of the club to have the necessary authority to obtain urgent treatment which may be required whilst at representative club competition or training.     Tyne Bridge Harriers requires your consent to use your personal information and/or image for purposes other than membership and operation of the club, such as promotional and online activities and marketing.

    Please note that by becoming a member of Tyne Bridge Harriers you consent that:
    a) Your child's name and age can be published in results pages of competitions that they enter.
    b) You are happy to receive communications from the club about sporting fixtures, club news and achievements.
    c) We can add you to the club's Stack App so that you can manage your child's involvement in various teams and activities.

    When you become a member of or renew your membership with Tyne Bridge Harriers you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).     Athletics can be a demanding sport and can require high levels of physical demand. If you are unsure about your ability to participate then we strongly urge you to seek medical advice from a doctor or specialist prior to joining the club as we are unable to provide advice to runners. If you have an existing physical/medical condition that you feel may require club sessions to be adjusted to suit you or that a club coach should be aware of then please speak to a member of the committee prior to joining.
