I did cancer research London Winter 10k yesterday a new 10k pb (race not accredited to run brittain though) 1:08:42
Ran at the Glasgow University 5 miler on Saturday: 28:23
I did the Valentines 10k and this was my PB, taking off 12 minutes since I started running two years ago. Yay!
