Would it be ok to try out the beginners class on Wednesday? I currently run 5k on the treadmill but would like to join a group in order to run outside.

    1. Hi Rachel, you’re more than welcome to try out the beginners class on Wednesday. Runners usually meet at East End Pool around 6:20pm, with the session starting at 6:30pm. The group run approximately 3 miles, at a comfortable pace so no-one gets left behind or has to run on their own.
When you turn up, ask for either Vicki or Rob.
I hope you enjoy the session.
