This week’s training sessions are;



Tuesday 27th

Group 1: Mile reps*

Group 2: Mile reps*

Group 3: Mile reps*

Group 4: Mile reps*

Group 5: 8 x 2 minutes

* group leader to specify number & pace of reps.


Wednesday 28th

Beginners session: 6:30pm at East End Pool.



Thursday 29th

Group 1: Tempo Surge

Group 2: Tempo Surge

Group 3: Tempo Surge

Group 4: Tempo Surge

Group 5: Plyometrics & Shuttles


Note: Sessions may vary on discretion of Group Leader.
