Saturday 5th November marked the 2nd race in the Tyne Bridge Harriers Winter GP Race 2011.
We had 7 athletes taking part in this event.
All participants put in great performances which turned out to be a record number for Newcastle parkrun of 295 runners.
Congratulations go out Mark Grassie who continues to go from strength to strength by recording a new PB & knocking off a further 13 seconds from his previous time to finish in 23:34
At the time of publishing, Marks times have not been officially recorded on the parkrun website but we are doing what we can to correct this.
Graham King was once again first in his age category with 20:35.. well done Graham.
Well done also to Carolina Sassy-Freeman who made her parkrun debut at Newcastle on Saturday recording a time of 22:23
The Age Grade percentage is converted into points and added throughout the series of 6 races. The athlete with the most points wins the series.
