Training Sessions w/c 9th June 2014

This week’s training sessions are;   Tuesday 10th Group 1-4: Recovery run following Blaydon Races Group 5: 25 minutes Fartlek (Quayside)   Wednesday 11th Technique & Strength session, 6:45-7:30am at The Bowling Green, Heaton Park.
