North Eastern Counties AA Cross Country Championships
Cardinal Hume School, Wrekenton

Thanks to all the members who took part in Saturday’s cross country event around Wrekenton.
A brisk westerly wind made for challenging conditions on the day (just ask Saltwell Harriers who almost lost their tent as it flew across the course) but the ground remained firm for the most part and some terrific performances were posted by club members.
The Senior Men finished in a commendable 4th place and the Senior Ladies finished 8th.
