Well, get along to Tyne Bridge Harriers and you too can run along the same Newcastle quayside and past the iconic Tyne Bridge as our fabulous Olympians did just a few days ago.
This week’s training sessions are;
Gp 1: 800m reps
Gp 2: 3min reps
Gp 3: 3min reps
Gp 4: 10min tempo run, 6 x 30 seconds, 1 mile
Gp 5: 20 min Tempo Surge
Gp 1: 2 x 2M
Gp 2: 2 x 2M
Gp 3: 2 x 2M
Gp 4: 25 min tempo surge
Gp 5: 3 sets (5 x 1 minute)
Sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.
Wednesday & Saturday: Circuits in the Park. CitP is a fitness class led by club member Stephen Dixon and caters for all fitness levels. 5.30pm on Wed and 10.30am on Sat.
