This will take place at 7:30pm on Thursday, 3rd April at the PTE club on Chillingham Road in Heaton. Members of the Committee to be elected at that meeting with Committee roles to be decided at the first Committee meeting following the AGM. Can all members please try and make the effort to attend.

In accordance with Section 9 of the club constitution, I hereby give formal notice of the Annual General Meeting. Any member wishing to submit a motion for inclusion on the agenda must do so no less than seven days prior to the date of the AGM.
