The final race in the series of 4 hosted by Heaton Harriers takes place on Thursday evening (14th July).
Rob Kirtley, Emma Moir, Joy Fenwick, Mark Reynolds, Alan Wallace, Kerry Reed, Marc Fenwick, Sparrow Morley & Micky Baker have all enjoyed runs in this years event. Hope to see them and more there on Thursday.
This series does fall on a club training night but it’s a great & challenging 5K course through Jesmond Dene & Heaton Park if you wanted to give it a go.
Race gets underway at 19:30 on Armstrong Bridge, but you must enter / register beforehand.
Pre-entries please use your number from previous races, please register before 19.15 at Race HQ which is situated at The Peoples Theatre. Late entries accepted up to 18.45. Entries on the night cost £6 with each subsequent race costing £4
