It may be spring but conditions during the relays were so cold that anybody would have thought it was mid-winter.
Oh, and it rained!!
Despite running in the worst conditions of the day, all the juniors ran brilliantly and deserve a big pat on the back.
Will Simmons gets Dave Moir’s run of the day as one of the youngest runners in the U11 race – finishing just behind Harry Snaith.
