The Wednesday night session is open to all juniors to attend. It is split into two sections:

  • Juniors under the age of 12
    • Some juniors will train in the hall developing skills around sprinting, throwing and jumping.
    • Some juniors will train outside to develop their endurance (dependent on weather and sufficient coaching availability)
  • Juniors aged 12 and over undertake an interval session outside to improve their speed and endurance.

All the sessions are planned by a qualified Coach. The U12 junior sessions are led by qualified coaches and assistant coaches. The O12 junior sessions are led by qualified Leaders in Running Fitness: meet our leaders and coaches!
