Considering they’ve been on holiday for the past six weeks, and no TBH Junior sessions in that time, five juniors took the brave decision to take part in the latest 1 Mile Time Trial around Newcastle Town Moor.
Would week’s of watching TV, playing video games and eating all the wrong (but delicious) type of food play havoc with their speed and fitness? Not a chance.
Finishing first in the T.T. was Amelia, narrowly missing out on a PB by a few seconds. Next was Scott, showing tremendous potential for the forthcoming season. Third was Abbey, knocking over a minute off her time from the previous month, and competing the race were Charlie and Eva, both making their first appearance at the Junior T.T. and both with masses of talent.
