Concession Agreement Risks

This risk matrix considers the generic allocation of risks in projects and not on a specific or quantitative basis. Risk allocation is based on a review of a number of road projects that examine the issues being considered on a country-specific basis, taking into account the law, practice, practice, practice and economy related to the project and the country. The risks are common to many of the projects reviewed (and many others), but the solutions chosen will be specific on a case-by-case basis. The objective of the analysis is to inform users of the World Bank`s infrastructure and legal site of the main risks associated with road projects and to lay the foundation for the management of these risks in the concession contract. Risk groups were synthesized from a larger risk group. THIS DOCUMENT WAS CREATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PPP IN INFRASTRUCTURE RESOURCE CENTER FOR CONTRACTS, LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
