As running fever sweeps the north east in the lead up to the GNR, our Thursday session is looking a little different next week! Start Fitness and Adidas are teaming up with TBH to give you the opportunity to sample some of their latest shoes during our session. Afterwards, we’ll be heading to Tyne Bar to refuel with post-run pasta (and maybe some pints…!). Everyone who comes along gets a free t-shirt too!
