The Birtley XC Relays (hosted by Birtley AC) will be held on Sunday 11th January 2026
at Lord Lawson of Beamish Academy, Birtley, DH3 2LP.
These relays include both the North East Masters Athletics Association Open XC Relays Championships and the North Eastern Counties Cross Country Relays Championships. We are therefore keen to field teams in as many categories as possible (masters athletes – we need you!).
The races are as follows:
Race 1 – 10:00 Male masters M35-44, M45-54, M55-65, M65+
Race 2 – 11.00 Senior women/masters women W35-44, W45-54, W55-64, W65+
Race 3 – 11:50 Senior and U20 men
