Tuesday 7th February: Descending efforts: 8 mins, 6 mins, 4 mins, 2 mins, 1 minute.
Thursday 9th February: 5 x 1 minute efforts; 5 x 2 minutes efforts.

New runners
New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out training sessions.
There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
If you can complete 5 Km under 35 minutes you will be more than capable of taking part in the regular Tuesday/Thursday sessions.
