TBH Sessions : June 2021


We are pleased to confirm that club training sessions are taking place again, although for the immediate future group sessions will be limited in size so they can be carried out in a safe and enjoyable manner.


This month’s training sessions – to be carried out in accordance with the latest government guidelines – can be viewed below,


w/c 31st May

Group Session: 6 x 4 minutes

Solo Session: 36 minutes progression run

Track Session: tba


w/c 7th June

Group Session: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute, 5 x 30 seconds

Solo Session: 6 x 5 minutes

Track Session: tba


w/c 14th June 

Group Session: 3 x 9 minutes

Solo Session: 40 minutes tempo run

Track Session: tba


w/c 21st June

Group Session: Hills

Solo Session: 4 x 5 minutes

Track Session: tba


w/c 28th June

Group Session: 10 x 2 minutes

Solo Session: 40 minutes tempo run, 5 x 30 seconds

Track Session: tba 


All sessions should include warm-up and cool-down runs.
