Many congratulations to all those who ran a PB over the weekend. Although it’s great to see Tyne Bridge win individual & team prizes at local/national competitions, it’s just as pleasing to see so many members progressing as runners and improving their parkrun times 
Well done to James Dunce (Whitley Bay) and Sophie Marr (Riverside) for finishing first at their parkrun events and many thanks to the members who volunteered over the weekend at their local parkrun.

(this week’s excuse) I was wearing ankle weights but still going as competetively as possible….might be an “ankle weights pb”, if I could remember my result from the last time.
