Congratulations to Bridget, Holger, Rachel, Nick, Rob and Raj on their parkrun PB’s and well done to TC for finishing first at South Shields parkrun. Also, a special mention to Jake Moir – son of Dave & Emma – who, at the tender age of six years old, completed the run in a time of 31’52 and is one of the youngest ever runners to complete the 5k course.

I did Riverside Park run on Sat and came up as unknown and been in touch just waiting for them to update it i ran the 5k in 24.14
Re- Sedgefield parkrun, although listed as a Veggie, Mr Anderson is in fact a Tyne Bridge Harrier…
And, my time is only a *course* pb. Saved energy by not running to Sedgefield from Gateshead this time.
