  1. It was great to see so many members at Newcastle on Saturday, particularly the lasses who supported each other around the course, and many congratulations to those who ran a PB.

    Great to see so many pb’s, Alan Wallace your goal for 2013 must be sub 40 10k, Stephen Barker can you do cross country on December 15th? Nice to see all the girls improving week on week, and Ian Jackman beavering away quietly on your own, get yerself down to the Quayside, your Group 1 now

    David, the pbs will come, my elves tell me that you have to concentrate on speed work and shorter distances and you are only permitted to do 1 Marathon in 2013 and hey presto all the pbs will come.
