Try a Training Session

Tyne Bridge Harriers are an All Abilities running club. From complete beginners to fast paced runners, we have training groups & coaches that are right for everyone. Whether you’re thinking about taking your first steps towards improving your running or want to train with people of a similar ability then we recommend trying out a few training sessions before deciding whether to join.  It’s a relaxed & friendly environment and training sessions are FREE of charge.

    To help our coaches determine which training group would be most suitable, please let us know a recent race time (5k/Parkrun etc) or the furthest you have run without stopping and how long this took.

    Are you currently a member of another running club, if so please let us know which club?

    If you have any injuries or special arrangements that our coaches need to be aware of then please let us know.
